A Shift in Motion

You arrive for an evening or weekend shift in Shrewsbury and step into a steady stream of hellos—families heading to the pool, members squeezing in a workout, and new faces curious about what’s next. Between quick conversations and moments of focused screen time, you keep the front area humming, stay alert to what’s happening in the lobby, and pivot smoothly when the pace spikes.
