Relief Support Worker

About the Role We are looking for Relief Support Workers to join our team in Newbury. Our Supported Living and Outreach Services for individuals with learning disabilities need warm, engaging, and flexible individuals who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure service users enjoy a high quality of life and connect with their communities. Key Responsibilities Provide practical, emotional and behavioural support, assist non‑verbal communicators, support community activities and help with personal care and domestic tasks. Qualifications Ten‑plus months of prior experience in a similar role is essential. Calm, resourceful, energetic, and motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills to promote service users’ dignity, independence and well‑being. Employment Details Location: Newbury.
