Student Persistence & Outreach Coordinator - Bangor Campus

The University of Maine at Augusta is seeking applicants for the full-time, 9 month position of Student Persistence & Outreach Coordinator. The position serves as a key member of the institution's student success network and CARE Team, utilizing data-informed practices to improve student outcomes, promote engagement, and increase retention and graduation rates.

The Coordinator manages student intervention systems, tracks outcomes, identifies trends, develops targeted persistence initiatives, and serves as a liaison among academic and student support departments to ensure students receive timely and effective assistance.
