OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Trenton, NJ by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD as an OTR solo Dry Van driver serving Trenton, NJ and nationwide freight lanes. Expect consistent long-haul work with weekly averages around 2,500 miles in late-model trucks (under three years) fitted with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, plus dependable in-house maintenance to minimize downtime.

Primary responsibilities:

• Operate company dry van equipment safely across interstate routes.
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain precise logs.
• Secure freight, meet delivery windows, and stay in contact with dispatch.

Requirements & compensation:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pay begins at 65 CPM with safety, clean-inspection and referral bonuses; home every two weeks and a full benefits package including 401(k).
