Human Resources (HR) Technician is a key support role in HR, ensuring that processes run smoothly and providing technical assistance and support for users of our various HR systems. HR Technician will frequently a first point of contact for employees and job candidates, provide administrative support to assigned programs, and utilize various HR systems to implement and support activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, personnel changes, performance management, and HR analytics/reporting.
