Schedule Options 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday‑Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Pay $20.75 / hr. (includes $2.00/hr 2nd shift premium and $3.00/hr 3rd shift premium). Responsibilities Ensure top‑notch product quality through manufacturing checks. Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations. Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace. Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders. Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant. Proactively identify and resolve production issues. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Effective communication and social skills. Organizational and problem‑solving skills vital for success. Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology.
