Full Service Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily front-of-house operations with a laser focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver memorable guest experiences
• Drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team engagement
• Manage budgets, labor, food cost controls, and financial targets for a $5M+ annual volume restaurant
• Build and maintain a positive, accountable, and high-energy culture
• Serve as a hands-on leader who models professionalism, urgency, and teamwork

Full Service Manager Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Manager experience in an upscale, full-service, high-volume environment
• Proven success managing $7M+ in annual sales
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, train, and develop teams
• Passion for exceptional food, polished service, and consistent guest satisfaction
• Positive, solutions-driven mindset with an ownership mentality
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, cost controls, and operational systems

Full Service Preferred Experience:

• Background in high-volume dining or steakhouse concepts
• Familiarity with modern restaurant management tools, POS systems, and reporting dashboards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training programs, staff development, and performance management
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and guest-forward environment
