NSWG-2 / LOGSU-2 Personal Property Analyst

Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly qualified Personal Property Analyst to serve as Key Personnel supporting Naval Special Warfare Group Two (NSWG-2) Logistics Support Unit Two (LOGSU-2) at JEB Little Creek - Fort Story. This critical position is responsible for conducting end-to-end inventory management and life-cycle tracking of command Personal Property assets. The role involves managing property databases, enforcing strict Department of Defense (DoD) asset policies, guiding subordinate property custodians, and executing warehouse logistics operations including material receipts, distributions, and heavy equipment operations. Employment is contingent upon contract award. Location JEB Little Creek-Fort Story Clearance - Secret Qualifications/ Requirements Possess a valid state driver’s license. Able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) utilizing common and standard business software programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing. Enter data into multiple databases accurately and efficiently. Possess an active SECRET Security Clearance Minimum of five years of direct, hands-on warehousing and inventory management experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) logistics enterprise. Direct working familiarity with R-Supply or equivalent military property accountability system record programs. Must possess, or be fully qualified to obtain, a valid license to operate a forklift for warehouse material handling. Duties / Responsibilities Process receipts of incoming material, coordinate, schedule, and perform physical personal property inventories, and continuously manage the command property database to maintain total asset visibility. Assist in the enforcement of command policies related to the personal property management program. Provide clear guidance and operational support to unit personal property managers and custodians. Assist with the formal disposition of personal property assets and seamlessly utilize the Relational Supply (R-Supply) system for material management. Ensure the flawless processing, verification, and administrative forwarding of all official receipt, transfer, and disposition supporting documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rigid Tactical
