Location: Conover, NC
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (12-hour shifts, 4 days on/4 days off rotation)

What You’ll Do:

• Prep rolls, split cores, perform housekeeping, and identify board grades
• Band materials and operate a roll pusher
• Complete all tasks as assigned by your Department Manager

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven record of safe working techniques

Safety First!

• Steel/composite toe shoes required from Day 1, along with safety glasses and hearing protection
• Gloves required at all times on production floor and in warehouses (per company glove policy)
• Bump cap per company policy
