With a commitment to precision, performance, and safety, we deliver high-quality glazing systems across a wide range of commercial markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage commercial glazing projects from kickoff through final closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, procurement plans, and budgetsCoordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teamsReview drawings, specifications, and contract documents for scope accuracy and project requirementsManage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packagesCoordinate delivery schedules, installation sequencing, and labor planningConduct site visits and attend project meetings with customers and field teamsMonitor project progress, quality standards, and safety complianceIdentify and proactively resolve project risks, conflicts, and scheduling challengesEnsure work is completed in accordance with contract requirements, building codes, and OSHA standardsTrack project costs, labor hours, and material usage against budgetsReview project performance and maintain accurate forecasting throughout the project lifecycleAssist with billing approvals, change order pricing, and project profitability analysisMaintain organized and accurate project records and reportingServe as the primary point of contact for customers and project stakeholdersWork closely with estimating, drafting, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project executionFoster strong client relationships through communication, responsiveness, and accountabilitySupport a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on quality and continuous improvementQualifications:2–5+ years of experience managing commercial glazing, façade, or construction projectsStrong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, and commercial glazing systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documentsExperience managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and progress billingStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, or GDSUnderstanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logisticsOSHA 30 certification preferredValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as neededCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysLife insuranceParental leaveOpportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment
