Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

The Financial Analyst supports strategic decision-making by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data across the organization. This role develops recurring and ad-hoc reporting, conducts variance and trend analyses, and provides insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The analyst partners closely with the SVP & CFO, VP of FP&A, and operational departments in preparing operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and special project analyses. Key responsibilities include financial and statistical analysis across all business divisions—Casino, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, Other Income, Advertising, and G&A. The role also maintains financial databases, prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, and performs ROI analyses for proposed investment projects. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent gaming/hotel industry experience. At least two years of finance or related experience; gaming and hotel industry experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI) in addition to experience using PeopleSoft, Cognos, SQL, and generative AI. Ability to obtain and maintain any required work cards or licenses. Must be at least 21 years of age.
