Floor RN/LPN Resident Care Lead (Flexible Shifts)

Indiana Fitness Works INC

Indiana Fitness Works Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide total resident care on the unit, supervise direct care staff, and ensure nursing standards are met. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and adherence to health regulations.

Shifts vary and weekend work is required; licensure in Indiana and appropriate health clearances must be current. You will coordinate with physicians and other staff to deliver quality patient care.
