Maintenance Facilities Supervisor

About The RoleThis position will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and infrastructure of a chilled water plant. They will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for the reliability and efficiency of operations. The position will be a dayshift position, and responsible for after-hours calls during the week and weekends if the need arises.What You’ll DoDirecting and supporting the Maintenance staff providing coaching and both positive and negative feedbackResponsible for maintaining maintenance KPI to ZT standards (MTBF, MTTR, PM completions, Downtime reports, Slack time reports and project statusScheduling repairs and PM schedules with production leadershipMaintaining inventory min/max levelsWorking with mechanical contractors for rebuildsCritiquing and improving SOP for increasing maintenance performance.Managing continuous improvement, capital projectsWhat You bringAssociate's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and/or experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.2-5+ years of relevant work experience0-1 years of experience in maintenance leadershipExperience with automation and robotic recovery is required.Experience performing trouble shooting and root cause analysisExperience in team building, coaching and succession planning for technicians.Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentLean manufacturing experienceAble to communicate in technical terms with skilled labor.Basic knowledge of electrical and building codeBasic Knowledge of OSHA codeHVAC-R knowledgeCooling tower knowledgeElectrical up to 480 VAC 3phaseBasic knowledge of motor controlsEmployee portals systems (timecard, and performance reviews)Good knowledge of CMMS systemsGood preventative/predictive skillsMS office software applicationsNOTE: We are recruiting 1 position for each of the following shifts:A Shift - Sunday to Wednesday; Sunday to Tuesday - 7a-7pB Shift - Sunday to Wednesday; Sunday to Tuesday - 7p-7aD Shift - Thursday to Saturday; Wednesday to Saturday - 7p-7a#LI-PW #LI-OnsiteAbout ZT SystemsAt ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, you’ll get to do work you are proud of alongside smart, passionate people.
