You will also play a key role in shaping engineering practices within a collaborative, product-focused culture. \n Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across backend services (Python/Django) and frontend applications (React/Next.js, TypeScript). Contribute to the stability, performance, and reliability of core platform systems powering large-scale workflow automation products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and infrastructure to deliver high-quality, user-focused features. Build and optimize relational database structures using PostgreSQL, ensuring performance and scalability across systems. Develop and maintain background processing systems using tools such as Celery and message queues for asynchronous workloads. Implement automated testing strategies and promote engineering best practices to ensure system reliability and maintainability. Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows using AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform. Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making to improve system design and platform scalability. Support enterprise-grade features such as authentication, authorization, audit logging, and identity-related functionality where applicable. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system observability, performance, and resilience. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend engineering roles. Strong experience with Python and Django in production environments. Proficiency with modern frontend development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and performance optimization techniques. Experience building and maintaining distributed systems or large-scale backend services. Strong emphasis on automated testing, clean code practices, and software engineering fundamentals. Familiarity with background job processing tools such as Celery and messaging systems. Experience working with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform is highly desirable. Knowledge of enterprise features such as SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, or audit logging is a strong plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a product-oriented mindset. Startup or high-growth environment experience is considered a plus.
