Sales Manager, White Oils & Specialties

Responsibilities Conducting high-level and complex sales and business development assignments Defining, planning and implementing long-term sales and business development strategies Building business relationships with existing and prospective customers Coordinating closely with Sales and Segment Marketing Managers Participating in cross-functional team activities to identify new products Analyzing and maintaining an accurate forecast Completing adequate call reports and account plans leveraging SalesForce Making daily pricing recommendations and negotiating sales contracts Researching market conditions and collecting data to assess competitors Requirements A minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience within the Petrochemical industry Strong technical knowledge and experience is required Good understanding of customers, competitors and markets, new technologies, global supply/demand dynamics Experience in the sales or technical sales of specialty chemicals or white oils is preferred Post-secondary education required Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry or Engineering is preferred MBA considered an asset Self-starter with drive and ability to achieve planned objectives Advanced creative, organizational, and analytical skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products Experience using SalesForce, Power BI, SAP an asset Strong crisis management skills Advanced interpersonal and communications skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
