Whether your project is residential, commercial, public safety, education, or institutional, our designs are beautiful, authentic, and functional, which transform client dreams into spectacular places.If you're eager to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced setting and make a difference with your skills, we want to hear from you!RequirementsYour Role Looks Like:Providing overall project management and project team coordination.Developing business and networking.Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control.Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of the project budgets and schedules.Nurturing and establishing strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction.Preparing and completing thorough proposals.Mentoring and directing project team members.Enjoy working on a variety of project types.Being an ambassador of RRM.What You'll Bring To The Table:Bachelor's degree in architecture.Ten (10) years of practical experience in the management and design of projectsExperience in REVIT.Active California Architectural licensure.Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration.Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.Excellent architectural detailing skills.*Please submit a Portfolio with your application*We're eager to learn more about your qualifications and interest in joining our team!*Psst…at RRM, we recognize that factors such as imposter syndrome or the confidence gap may deter some applicants from applying.
