Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored therapy plans to facilitate their journey to functional success
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported methodologies to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work intimately with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and integrated care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Inform patients and their support systems about therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing progress at home
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical progress and adapt treatment as needed, ensuring patients remain on the path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Additional continuing education or post-graduate credentials encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
