Supply Chain Director

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing maker of RF/Microwave/mm-Wave MMICs and Modules. They are looking for a Director of Supply Chain . This person will oversee 3 groups and up to 20 reports involved in Logistics, Procurement, and Planning for incoming RF/Microwave components, mechanical housings, PCBs, connectors, waveguides, and more. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial, or a related field and have 10+ years of experience in an RF/Microwave Manufacturing environment responsible for the full product life cycle of Supply Chain. We are looking for an additional 5+ years of someone who has managed others in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment. Must have experience with ERP. Would like to see someone who has also utilized AI-enabled tools in support of forecasting, planning, and risk visibility. Must be Green Card holder or better – ITAR facility.
