Senior Affiliate Manager

Driving the growth of affiliate partnerships, the full-time Senior Affiliate Manager will identify, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners in the mainstream dating vertical while managing the full partner lifecycle and analyzing market performance, all within a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, and networks to build a strong pipeline from initial contact to campaign launch Drive growth by launching and scaling successful partnerships, enhancing sales volume and partner profitability Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and suggest data-driven improvements Required qualifications Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development within performance-driven digital industries Existing network of relevant affiliate partners and advertisers, particularly in the mainstream dating sector Strong track record of attracting and scaling new partners or clients, with experience in building partnerships from scratch Good understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPA, CPL, and RevShare Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with performance data and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies
