About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: MedSurg/Acute Care - Float to ER Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Charge experience highly preferred Trauma experience and experience in Critical Access Client emergency department Ability to read and interpret strips Skills in multitasking, flexibility, and maintaining a positive attitude Strong communication skills and good rapport with providers Description: This position involves floating from Acute Care to Emergency Room. The role is within a Critical Access setting. The Registered Nurse will be required to work nights from 6 PM to 6:30 AM. The schedule includes every third weekend in the Emergency Room. Employees are expected to adapt to various responsibilities as needed. The environment requires strong teamwork and communication among staff and providers.
