We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician who can safely diagnose roofing issues, complete repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and provide excellent service to our customers. As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. This is a hands-on field position requiring strong roofing knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Why join us Competitive compensation salaried Consistent, year-round work Overtime opportunities Company vehicle and/or gas card Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician, Foreman, and Service Management roles Established company with a strong backlog of commercial work What You'll Do Diagnose roof leaks and identify the source of water intrusion Perform commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance Complete service calls and emergency repairs Inspect existing roofing systems and document deficiencies Repair flashing, penetrations, seams, drains, curbs, and other roof components Perform minor re-roof and restoration work as required Document completed work with photos and service reports Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and internal service teams Maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures Work independently or alongside other technicians depending on project requirements Roofing Systems What We're Looking For 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred Previous commercial roofing service/repair experience strongly preferred Ability to troubleshoot and locate roof leaks Knowledge of common low-slope commercial roofing systems Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, lifts, and fall-protection equipment Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions Strong communication and customer-service skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls OSHA certification is a plus Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
