Responsibilities Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business Cashier - Point of Sale Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru) Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders Back of House - Cooking & Prepping Qualifications 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment About Better Buzz Founded in 2002 by two college students with a dream and a coffee cart, Better Buzz has grown into a thriving community with locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
