Apprentice Product Researcher

Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Apprentice Product Researcher will collaborate with Product Researchers and cross-functional teams on high-impact projects, utilizing qualitative research methods to understand user needs and product opportunities while leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization. Key responsibilities: Conduct qualitative research methods such as usability evaluations and individual interviews to gather user insights Collaborate with a mentor and team members to navigate the role of a Product Researcher Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance research skills Required qualifications: Professionals from non-tech backgrounds, including research bootcamp graduates or self-taught individuals 1+ years of experience in a collaborative professional work environment preferred Demonstrated knowledge of qualitative research methods Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new AI tools Availability to work full-time during business hours; students currently enrolled in degree programs are not eligible
