Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Andover. Join our thriving practice that includes multiple on-site specialties and a long tenured and experienced staff.

Practice Details:

1. 14 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
2. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
3. 34 patient contact hours per week.
4. Call Frequency: 1:20 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.
5. Openings: 8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.
6. Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
7. Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program.
• BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 1.0FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
