Job Description
Job Title: CT Tech
Profession: Radiology / Cardiology

Hours per Shift: 12 hours (08:00 - 20:30)
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred
License: Pending license submissions accepted
Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS


Must-Have:
- Previous charge experience
- Patient ratio experience
- Experience with charting system, preferably Epic


Description:
Locals are welcome to apply.
The position will float between units.
On-call duties are not required.
Weekends are required, specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Block scheduling is required.
Expected patient ratios are 2:1.
This is a weekend day shift.
The hospital type is a critical access facility with total staffed beds of 25.
Scrubs of any color are acceptable, and scrubs will be provided for specific units.
Charting is done using the Epic system.
COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
Flu vaccination status is unknown.
Special requirements include floating between X-ray and CT departments.
Candidate will be expected to perform various types of scans including abdomen, head, and vascular studies.
Experience in multiple settings, including adult acute care and pediatric outpatient, is preferred.
The position requires compliance with safety protocols and patient care guidelines.
Candidates should inquire about their ability to float between facilities if required.
A vehicle is necessary for this assignment.
Additional responsibilities may include the preparation and administration of contrast media.
