Full Stack Java DeveloperLocation: San Jose, CA (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality applications in a client-facing environment. This role requires strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, along with the ability to drive development best practices, process improvements, and high-performance application delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applicationsBuild backend services using Java and Spring frameworkDevelop frontend applications using JavaScript, Angular, and HTMLApplication Design & EngineeringDevelop high-quality, maintainable, and defect-free codeFollow best practices including:Code reuse and refactoringTest-driven development (TDD)Continuous integrationSecure coding practicesCode reviews and static analysisTechnology & ToolsWork with technologies:Java, Spring, Node.jsAngular, JavaScript, HTMLMySQL, MongoDBGitHub, DockerIdentity & Access Management (IAM)Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with project teams, technical leads, and engagement managersCommunicate project updates and escalate risks/issuesWork with cross-functional teams across business and ITProcess Improvement & DeliveryLead and contribute to workstreams focused on:Process optimizationWorkflow improvementsOperational transformationDeliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goalsMust-Have QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java DeveloperStrong experience with:Java, Spring, Node.jsJavaScript, Angular, HTMLMySQL and MongoDBGitHub and DockerIAM (Identity & Access Management)Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, TDD, code reviews)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work onsite in CaliforniaPreferred QualificationsExperience in client-facing consulting environmentsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsExperience managing multiple projects and prioritiesCore SkillsJava Full Stack DevelopmentSpring FrameworkAngular / JavaScript / HTMLNode.jsMongoDB / MySQLCI/CD & DevOpsIAM
