Parts ManagerWe are currently in search of an experienced Parts Manager for our Ford Pro Elite Service Center. A Parts Manager has excellent attention to detail and is responsible for managing inventory. They ensure that parts or supplies needed for production are available for team members. To be successful as a Parts Manager, you must be highly organized. A good Parts Manager anticipates the needs of production workers and ensures that all materials needed for production are provided.Benefits:$60,000+ compensation rangePerformance based bonus opportunities based on experienceMedical, Dental, Vision insurance (50/50 employee/employer split)Life Insurance offered at no cost (fully employer funded)401(k)401(k) employer match after one year of serviceEmployee discountPaid time offParental leaveEmployee Team Member Programs and more!Responsibilities of the Parts Department Manager:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Ford parts department.Responsible for tracking department sales, expense control and profitabilityMonthly parts reconciliationHiring/training/motivating StaffCustomer satisfactionEmployee satisfaction - Hire, train and motivate your team to achieve our business plan annuallyTaking Complete Responsibility for retail, commercial and internal profitability for our Parts DepartmentExploring new ways to serve our customer baseDeveloping an online sales process and order fulfillment system including staffing and training.Growing our wholesale business.Some Saturdays, some travel required.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 to 5 years parts management experienceCollege degree in business preferred, or equal in automotive/truck parts managementExperience using CDKSupervising multiple employees effectively.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadershipAbout Us: Valley Truck Centers was founded in Cleveland, OH in 1964.
