Responsibilities Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Establish client relationships and follow up with clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients Requirements Sales experience or a client‑facing background is preferred Proven track record of winning Excellent communication skills written, verbal and listening Intrinsically driven to be successful Property and Casualty Licensed is preferred but not required (we can help get you licensed) Life insurance licensed is preferred but not required (we can help you get licensed) Benefits Health Insurance Very competitive base salary (most competitive in the DFW area) Very competitive commission structure Leads provided Paid time off‑personal time and holidays Training/coaching provided Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance Mon‑Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training #J-18808-Ljbffr
