Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst with Healthcare background • Interacting directly with the business analyst and/or operational teams in order to understand their needs and issues. Providing business and technical solutions to existing problems / requirements and enhance customer satisfaction on a continuous basis • Decide on the delivery approach and manage scope (scope definition, planning, verification and control) of all projects for the business • Budgeting and estimation of resources and time for each project delivery. Creating a robust business case for the project and getting required approvals • Analyze and interpret the business requirements for technical systems
