Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Paid Training | $24–$30/hour | In-Home ABA Services | Brooklyn, NY

Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Brooklyn, NY. As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You’ll help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while partnering with families and receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.

We are currently hiring in Brooklyn and surrounding neighborhoods, including:

• Flatbush
• Crown Heights
• Canarsie
• Bay Ridge
• Gravesend
• Sheepshead Bay
• Bushwick
• Williamsburg
• Prospect Heights
• Bedford-Stuyvesant
• Surrounding Brooklyn areas

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home-based settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support children in building communication, behavior, play, and daily living skills
• Collect session data and document client progress accurately
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
• Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
• Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development

• Experience working with children preferred
  (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally to client homes in Brooklyn
• After-school and/or weekend availability preferred

We are actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and also welcome candidates who are interested in becoming certified.

• RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply
• Paid training and onboarding provided
• Support available toward RBT certification
• Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
