LIHTC Leasing Specialist - Affordable Housing

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to market and lease LIHTC properties, ensuring a safe, attractive living environment and high occupancy. You will screen applicants, show apartments, prepare leases and maintain compliance with Fair Housing Act. The role requires prior affordable housing experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional weekend #J-18808-Ljbffr Enterprise Community Partners
