About the Role This is a pre-suit focused position , handling personal injury matters from intake through resolution. You will work closely with two experienced personal injury litigators , gaining direct mentorship, practical training, and exposure to real strategy—not just file management. This role is designed for someone who wants more than just a job. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into increased responsibility, client origination, and potential partnership based on performance and firm growth. Responsibilities Manage a pre-suit personal injury caseload from intake through settlement Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers Evaluate liability, damages, and case value Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy Assist in developing systems and processes as the firm grows Contribute to firm growth through initiative, professionalism, and client service What We’re Looking For Licensed attorney in good standing (Florida Bar) Strong work ethic and desire to learn personal injury litigation Self‑starter mentality with an interest in business development and growth Excellent communication and client‑facing skills in English and Spanish Organized, detail‑oriented, and accountable Prior personal injury experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate What We Offer Direct mentorship from two experienced litigators Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives - the salary listed below is only the base salary, there is opportunity to earn much more through performance bonus structure and business generation Meaningful responsibility and hands‑on case involvement Collaborative, growth‑oriented firm culture Clear opportunity for advancement and potential partnership ** Why This Role Is Different This is not a high-volume, assembly‑line position.
