Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in Texas
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care and management of labor and delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Prior locum or temporary physician experience
• Additional certifications such as NRP or RNC-OB

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice, with hospital-based experience preferred
• Recent clinical practice in a hospital setting within the last 3 years

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to start on or after 12/31/2025
• Ability to work flexible hours, including call shifts
• Compliance with all hospital safety and credentialing standards
• Willingness to travel for assignments, with reimbursement covered when applicable
