About the Position

The RN – PCU Float provides patient care in the Progressive Care Unit and may float to other units as needed. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with the care team, documenting care accurately, and ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to adapt to different patient populations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ASN or BSN preferred)

• Current RN license in [state]

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience; PCU or critical care preferred

• BLS required; ACLS preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Ability to float between units and work in a team-oriented environment
