Airport Operations Supervisor

Flight Operations / Dispatch Kenosha WI Full-time Our Kenosha, WI corporate office is searching for a highly motivated Flight Operations Supervisor to join our team! He or she must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented. We are looking for a “go-getter” and someone who takes initiative. Primary Responsibilities Serve as Shift Supervisor, overseeing the daily operations of the department and work closely with the Flight Operations Manager providing leadership, guidance, and support to the scheduling team Act as the primary scheduler during assigned shifts and assist with training, mentoring, and performance oversight Generate and maintain monthly crew schedules Responsible for coordination of all aspects of aircraft owner flights Responsible for all aspects of Charter Sales and Flight Following Receive and provide timely and accurate quotes for charter requests by retail clients and/or other operators and brokers Work to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may affect the successful completion of a flight to our clients during the initial quoting phase (weather, runway capacity, aircraft performance, airport hours, crew duty) Communicate effectively with other department to ensure seamless trip execution (Maintenance, Operations) Proactively seek charter opportunities for a diverse fleet of aircraft instead of passively waiting for inquiries Maintain an attitude of total customer service focused on anticipating the clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations Prepare and send contracts for client acceptance and execute vendor contracts Ensure client payment is received and vendor payment is sent in a timely manner in accordance with terms for both Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information Requirements Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 2-5 years of applicable work experience Experience in leadership or management Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office A passion to learn, increase skills, and take on new projects and responsibilities Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced setting Exempt Status Exempt Join Aviation Advisor, Inc. and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and service excellence in private aviation!
