En Chick-fil-A, el puesto de Miembro del Equipo en el rea de la Cocina es ms que solo un trabajo; es una oportunidad. Adems de trabajar directamente para un/a Dueo/a Operador/a independiente, los Miembros del Equipo en el rea de la Cocina adquieren experiencia de vida que va mucho ms all de servir un excelente producto en un ambiente amigable. Son responsables de brindar una experiencia gastronmica excepcional a todas las personas que atienden cada da y de asegurarse de que todos los clientes reciban el servicio y la comida de calidad caractersticos de Chick-fil-A.
Tipo de Puesto:
- Tiempo completo (30-40 horas/semana) y Tiempo parcial (20-30 horas/semana)

Responsabilidades del Miembro del Equipo en el rea de la Cocina:
- Ser un/a profesional de la hospitalidad: servir al equipo y a los clientes con excelencia
- Preparar, cocinar, ensamblar y presentar la comida de manera segura, rpida y eficiente, cumpliendo con los estndares de Chick-fil-A
- Conocer las tareas de todas las estaciones de la cocina, incluyendo: frer papas, empanizar, ensamblar sndwiches, mesas de montaje y preparacin de alimentos
- Abastecer el inventario de la cocina segn sea necesario
- Mantener la cocina limpia, ordenada y en buen estado en todo momento
- Mantenerse al da con los nuevos productos lanzados por Chick-fil-A
- Trabajar de manera segura alrededor del equipo de la cocina y reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento a los lderes
- Mantener el conocimiento personal completando la capacitacin interna y mantenerse al da con cualquier cambio
- Completar todas las tareas de apertura o cierre segn lo asignado
- Cumplir con las reglas y el cdigo de vestimenta de Chick-fil-A en todo momento
- Otras tareas que se te asignen
Requisitos:
- Disponibilidad para trabajar los viernes y sbados (REQUERIDO)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar un mnimo de 20 horas/semana
- Ser consistente, confiable y puntual
- Tener una actitud alegre y positiva
- Amar servir y ayudar a los dems
- Tener ganas de aprender y desear crecer
- Valorar la integridad (hacer lo correcto sin importar qu)
- Enfocado/a en la seguridad alimentaria
- Ser un/a jugador/a de equipo
- Ser capaz de realizar mltiples tareas a la vez
- Estar dispuesto/a y ser capaz de trabajar en un horario flexible
- Sentirse cmodo/a manejando productos de pollo crudo
- Sentirse cmodo/a trabajando con aceite
- Ser capaz de levantar y cargar 36-50 libras regularmente
- Ser capaz de estar de pie durante todo el turno
