THE OPPORTUNITY

WOW our customers by delivering Minnesota Nice customer service while supporting our Sales Reps in an efficient, organized, and solution-focused way. The Resort Rep Coordinator serves as the connection point between customers, Sales Reps, and internal departments, helping orders move accurately and smoothly from start to finish.

As an onsite member of our team at headquarters in Detroit Lakes, you'll be the eyes, ears, and communication hub of the operation. You'll troubleshoot issues, coordinate solutions across other teams, and answer customer and Sales Rep questions. You'll also provide backup support to Reception, helping create a welcoming and helpful experience for visitors, customers, and team members.

Success in this customer service and sales support role requires strong communication, organization, sound judgment, relationship building, and a practical problem-solving mindset, with the customer at the center of every decision.

PAY + SCHEDULE

Pay: $19.00/hour

Location: Detroit Lakes, MN | Onsite at headquarters

Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm

Growth: Build broad order-management knowledge and cross-functional experience while supporting Resort Sales growth.

A TYPICAL DAY | LISTEN + THINK FAST + TAKE ACTION + PROBLEM SOLVE

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, Sales Reps, and internal teams.
• Act as the primary onsite communication link across other teams.
• Analyze orders to identify potential issues before they affect production or delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer, Sales Rep, and departmental concerns quickly and professionally.
• Support Sales growth by ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and moving through the system efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions, remove roadblocks, to keep orders moving.
• Handle customer issues, including pricing questions, credits, order changes, and delivery concerns.
• Communicate updates, concerns, and resolutions clearly and professionally.
• Manage multiple priorities and interruptions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Make independent decisions using sound judgment and established procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers, Sales Reps, and internal teams.
• Provide backup Reception support as needed, including greeting visitors and assisting with incoming calls; perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS | DETAILS MATTER + PEOPLE PERSON + PROBLEM SOLVER

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and resolve issues effectively.
• Comfortable making decisions and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; experience with order-management or CRM systems is helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interruptions while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to type 50 words per minute.
• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Reliable, adaptable, positive, and committed to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build relationships across departments and provide backup support in a front desk or reception environment when needed.
