Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Account Representative to build strong customer relationships while providing outstanding account support and service. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts. Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests. Provide accurate information about products and services. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Resolve routine customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain organized records of account activities and customer interactions. Support customer satisfaction and account retention initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives. Follow company customer service standards and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required. Additional Information Competitive salary ($40,000–$44,000 annually).
