Electronics company in Louisville is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor to add to their team.

This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring productivity goals are met, maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing leadership to warehouse associates.

2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $27.00/hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)

• Supervise and support warehouse employees during outbound operations.
• Monitor workflow to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve performance and productivity goals.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate priorities to team members.
• Track attendance, timekeeping, and labor utilization through Kronos or a similar timekeeping system.
• Utilize SAP to manage inventory, shipping transactions, and warehouse processes.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Assist with performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.

2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role required.
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Experience using Kronos or other timekeeping systems required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
