Join Our Team as a Host/Hostess at Tavolo

What You’ll DoAs a Host/Hostess at Tavolo, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome.
- Managing reservations and efficiently seating guests to ensure smooth service flow.
- Communicating with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating arrangements.
- Answering phone calls and providing information about our menu, hours, and reservations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assisting in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
- Skills : Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Personality : A warm, friendly demeanor and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Professionalism : Punctuality, reliability, and a polished appearance.
