The client is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as its next President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This leader will guide a well-respected organization dedicated to serving seniors in West Palm Beach, Florida. With over 40 years of experience, the client offers a broad continuum of services, including independent living, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, and memory care within its expansive 50-acre campus. Additionally, services extend throughout Palm Beach County via home health, hospice, and other community-based programs. The organization maintains a comprehensive approach to senior care with approximately 1,620 full-time employees and 696 beds available across its facilities.The new CEO will have the opportunity to lead this mission-driven organization, enhancing the lives of older adults and their families by refining and advancing its strategic vision. A key responsibility will be to safeguard the organization's reputation within the community and ensure long-term financial sustainability. The CEO will work collaboratively with the organization's Boards and Executive Team, focusing on advancing the client's strong legacy of high-quality care, innovation, and community impact.A critical priority for the incoming CEO will be to lead and elevate the organization's philanthropic initiatives. The executive must be an active partner in fundraising efforts, closely working with board members and key donors. Proven experience in forging relationships in the community is essential, as is the ability to effectively lead and inspire a multifaceted healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare leadership, with at least 20 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in a senior-level executive role. This role requires a leader who is capable of making transformational changes and collaborating with various stakeholders, while possessing superb interpersonal and communication skills essential for fostering a strong management team and advocating for supportive policies.
