Responsibilities Engage with online and showroom customers to provide an exceptional car buying experience Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the entire sales process Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-up Collaborate with management and team members to maximize performance and customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to grow your earning potential Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.90, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. Most earn between $4,000 and $11,000 each month, with even higher earnings during record-breaking sales periods.
