Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing specialized critical care to patients within the intensive care unit. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient assessments, administering advanced clinical interventions, and supporting patient recovery in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and systematic assessments of ICU patients, monitoring for changes in condition.
• Deliver competent, evidence-based nursing care supporting patient stability and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes.
• Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to policies, procedures, and ongoing professional development.
• Foster a patient-centered environment by responding courteously and effectively to patient and family needs.
• Follow all safety protocols including infection control, proper equipment usage, and patient transfer techniques.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Possess at least 1 year of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Demonstrate strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Show proficiency in documenting patient care and clinical procedures accurately.
