What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostics support to neonatal and adult patients
• Support high-risk deliveries and NICU care, floating between units as needed
• Assist in pediatric and adult emergency care in a full-service community ED
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with all safety and medical protocols in various units
• Contribute to delivering exceptional care during holiday coverage and every other weekend shifts
• Support unit operations during busy or emergency situations

What You Need

• Valid Indiana licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years' experience in critical care, NICU, or Labor & Delivery
• Ability to float between high-risk delivery, NICU, adult ICU, ER units based on hospital needs
• Strong patient care and teamwork skills
