Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Colonial Pines Healthcare Center – San Augustine, TX We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. The role involves an 8-hour shift, providing personal care to residents, assisting charge nurses, and ensuring exceptional service within a multidisciplinary environment. Job Responsibilities Provide personal care to residents in a manner consistent with community policy. Promote and support residents’ independence. Advise supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at shift start/end. Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions to care plans. Assist in implementing care plans as directed under established policy. Observe and report on residents’ conditions; document observations as required. Comply with safe lifting/transfer procedures. Perform moderate to heavy lifting. Ensure equipment is clean and functional. Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain hazard-free environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications State certification as a nursing assistant. Familiarity with CNA duties. Highly developed observation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
