The annual compensation range is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Final compensation decisions will take into account a variety of considerations, including individual skills, internal equity, and organizational needs.JOB SUMMARYCapital Markets - Fulfillment & Delivery Specialist performs post‑closing loan functions to ensure accurate fee reconciliation, complete final documentation, and timely government insurance endorsement. This role audits closed loan files, resolves outstanding documents and investor conditions, processes mortgage insurance premiums, and submits FHA, VA, and USDA loans for insurance endorsement.
