What You’ll Do: Identifying and resolving complex title issues Researching and analyzing delinquent tax office records Preparing legal pleadings related to quiet title actions Conducting in‑depth public record research Presenting cases in court related to Quiet Title Actions Performing legal research and offering practical legal solutions What We’re Looking For: Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2026/2027 Civil litigation experience preferred Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure Strong research, writing, and communication skills A proactive team player with excellent organizational abilities Community‑minded, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented Demonstrated strong work ethic through academic and professional achievements Why Join Us?
