Back-End Developer (Java)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with multithreading, performance optimization, and troubleshooting memory-related issues.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Experience with multithreading and concurrency
Ability to identify and resolve memory leaks
Proficiency in Python (scripting or backend support)
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Optimize application performance and ensure stability
Troubleshoot production issues, including memory and performance bottlenecks
Implement multithreaded solutions for high-throughput systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable backend services

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
