Regional HR Manager – Lead People Strategy Across Communities As an Area Human Resources Manager, oversee HR strategy and operations across multiple Sunrise communities, ensuring strong recruitment, compliance, and team member engagement. Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle recruitment, job fairs, and hiring processes Ensure compliance with Sunrise Hiring Standards and employment laws Lead onboarding, orientation, and system access for new team members Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and regulatory documentation Manage unemployment and workers’ compensation claims Serve as HR partner to department leaders on performance management Lead employee relations matters and internal investigations Drive team member engagement initiatives and action planning Deliver HR systems and policy training for front-line staff Maintain audit readiness and complete monthly compliance controls (MKCC) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field 2+ years HR experience (senior living or healthcare preferred) Supervisory and employee relations experience Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance practices Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills High integrity and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay MyFlexPay – get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement Employee Compensation Pay range: $68,000.00 – $85,000.00.
