We educate you on its ingredients, brewing process, styles and even how to sell the right beer to the right type of drinker. Work for the almost 23-Year-Old Flying Saucer!!! General Responsibilities Greet all guests and owners warmly. Staying updated on beer lists, specialties, and menu deviations. Suggesting beers, assisting in menu selections. Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, pre-busing and pre-setting. Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Standing and walking for multiple hours. Lifting, carrying and/or moving up to 50lbs on occasions, 10-15lbs regularly. Bending, stooping and reaching frequently. Job Qualifications Must be able to work up to 10hrs on their feet. Have excellent oral communication skills Positive interpersonal skills required. Have experience in the restaurant industry. TABC/Food Handlers Certified Must be willing to learn and be willing to go through our Beer Training Must have open availability. Be well-groomed and have a positive attitude is REQUIRED. Dedicated to upholding company standards. Be able to work effectively as part of a team. Be able to multitask.
